What are eligibility criteria for admission to course of B. Arch?
- Pass in 10+2 schemes of examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) subjects or pass in 10+3 Diploma examination with mathematics, as the case may be, as a one-time measure, for the academic session 2023-2024.
- The candidates who have qualified the aptitude test i.e., NATA or JEE, with the pass percentage of 10+2 schemes of examination with PCM) or 10+3 Diploma with mathematics shall be eligible for admission to B.ARCH. course for the academic session 2023-2024.
I appeared NATA several years ago. Do I have to take it again?
NATA-2023 score shall be valid only for admission in the session 2023-2024.

What is the process of payment of fees?
Fees can be paid either online or by demand draft
Is there a fee instalment option available?
Yes.
For the Academic year 2023-24, a special provision of paying fees in instalments is offered by IDEA.
Fees can be paid in two instalments by reserved category candidates & three instalments for Open category.
Deserving candidates may also be offered Assistantships and Freeships by VidyavardhanTrust.

DBATU is a university for all Maharashtra students for Technical courses, just like the Maharashtra Medical University in Nashik for Medical courses.
